Abstract

Health is one of the important factors for humans that must be maintained, if it is sick, it will seek or seek treatment at a hospital which he thinks is good. To meet the needs of patients in treatment, then hospital vying improves its performance. The hospital’s performance is very dependent on the performanceof its employees, if the performance of employees is high, the performance of the hospital is high, and vice versa. The research is entitled “ The Influence of Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment and Competence on The Performance of Employees of the Medical Record Department of Sidoarjo “ by using total sampling obtained a sample of 58 respondents. This study uses Multiple Regression Analysis,with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of work discipline, organizational commitment and competence on the employees performance, obtained by multiple regression equations namely Y = 0,673 + 0,445 X1 + 0,295 X2 + 0,222 X3 where Discipline Works (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2) and Competence (X3) and Employee Performance (Y) then the coefficient of determination is 67,1%. The result of this study, namely 1) Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment and Competence partially have a significant effect on employee peformance in the Medical Record section of Sidoarjo. 2) Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment and Competence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employee of the Medical Record department of Sidoarjo. 3) Organizational Commitment has the most dominant influence on employee performance in the Medical Record of Sidoarjo. Keywords : Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment, Competence, Employee Performance x ABSTRAK Kesehatan merupakan salah satu faktor penting bagi manusia yang harus dijaga, apablia sakit maka akan mencari / berobat ke rumah sakit yang menurutnya baik. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasien dalam berobat, maka berlomba – lomba rumah sakit meningkatkan kinerjanya. Kinerja rumah sakit itu sangat tergantung dari kinerja pegawainya, apabila kinerja pegawainya tinggi maka kinerja rumah sakit ikut tinggi, begitu juga sebaliknya. Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bagian Rekam Medis RSUD Sidoarjo” dengan menggunakan total sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 58 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda, dengantujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda yaitu Y = 0,673 + 0,445 X1 + 0,295 X2 + 0,222 X3dimana Disiplin Kerja (X1), Komitmen Organisasi (X2) dan Kompetensi (X3) dan Kinerja pegawai (Y) kemudian nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 67,1 %,. Hasil dari penelitian ini penelitianiniyaitu 1) Disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kompetensisecara parsial berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap kinerjapegawaipada bagian rekam medis RSUD Sidoarjo. 2) Disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap kinerjapegawaipada bagian rekam medis RSUD Sidoarjo. 3) Komitmenorganisasi berpengaruhpaling dominan terhadapkinerjapegawai pada bagian rekam medis RSUD Sidoarjo.
