Achmad Fannani. 2018. The effect of rewards and punishments on career paths and their impact on the performance of employees of CV. Tiga Saudara, Sidoarjo. Management major. Mahardhika School of Economics Surabaya.This study aimed to analyze the effect of rewards, punishment, and career path. These variables are used to analyze the effect on employee performance on the CV. Three Sidoarjo Brothers. This study aims: (1) To analyze the Awards that have a significant effect on Career Level at Cv. Tiga Saudara Sidoarjo (2) To analyze the awards that have a significant effect on employee performance in the CV. Three Brothers Sidoarjo (3) To analyze the penalties that have a significant effect on the Career Level at CV. Three Brothers Sidoarjo (4) To analyze the Punishment that significantly influence Employee Performance on the CV. Three Sidoarjo Brothers. (5) To analyze career paths that have a significant effect on employee performance in the CV. Three Sidoarjo brothers. The sample used in this study was 32 respondents, the sampling technique was determined by convection sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test using SPSS version 16 for windows.This primary data was obtained from questionnaires whose measurements used a Likert scale that tested the validity and reliability.The results of the study based on the t-test and the f-test show that Award, Career Level Punishment simultaneously has a significant effect on Employee Performance because it has the greatest correlation. The variable Variable, Punishment, and Career Path has a strong and direct relationship to the employee's performance in the CV. Three Brothers. This means that the Variables of Appreciation, Punishment, and Career Level have a big influence on employee performance while the rest are influenced by other variables outside this study The results of the study based on the t-test and the f-test show that Award, Career Level Punishment simultaneously has a significant effect on Employee Performance because it has the greatest correlation. The variable Variable, Punishment, and Career Path has a strong and direct relationship to the employee's performance in the CV. Three Brothers. This means that the variable variable rewards, punishments, and career levels have a major influence on employee performance while the rest are influenced by other variables outside this study. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis states that the variable rewards, penalties and career path simultaneously affect the performance of employees CV. sidoarjo brothers with a Fcount value of 25,030 and a significance value of .000a less than 0.05 then the variable of appreciation (X1), punishment (X2), and career type (X3) simultaneously or together have a significant influence on the employee performance variable CV . Three Brothers Sidoarjo.From the t test results obtained t count for the award variable (X1) of 3,271, penalty (X2) of 2,838. and career path (X3) 3,892, and all independent variables have a significance value of less than 0.05, so it can be concluded partially reward (X 11), punishment (X2), and career level (X3) partially influence on employee performance CV.
