Abstract
Dewi Hidayati, Nim. 15010061, "Influence of style of leadership, work environment and motivation to the Teacher’s Performance at SMK Negeri 5 Batam". Sample in this research is the entire population is in place research that as many as 40 people. overall test results showed that the style of leadership, work environment and motivation together or partially positive effect on the performance of teachers. Results of testing hypotheses about the influence of leadership style, work environment and motivation on teacher performance by using the t test and the accuracy of the model (the F test and the coefficient of determination (R2)). T test calculation results of variable gain leadership style (2104) with t significant amount of (0.042), work environment (0520) with a significant t (0607) and the motivation variable of (6029) with t significant amount of (0.000). The conclusion drawn is t> t table (2,022), at significance level α = 5%. Test the accuracy of the model by using the coefficient of determination (R2) obtaining results of 0873. Kefisien value determination (R2) shows that the three independent variables to improve the performance of teachers by 87.3%, while 12.7% are influenced by other variables not examined such as education, training, motivation and others. As for the regression equation obtained are as follows: Y = 0.314 (X1) + 0.068 (X2) + 0.605 (X3). The equation shows that the style of leadership, work environment and motivation is a variable that positively affects the performance of teachers. Based on these results indicate a variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of teachers is the motivation, followed by the variable of leadership style and work environment.
