Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variables LDR, ROA, ROE, NIM and BOPO on profit growth at government banks. With a period of research for 5 (five) years starting 2013-2017. The number of samples taken were 6 (six) banks. Determination of samples in this study using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique in this study is classical assumption analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS as data processing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously LDR, ROA, ROE, NIM and BOPO have an effect on earnings growth. While partially liquidity proxied by the Loan deposit ratio (LDR) does not affect earnings growth, profitability is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) affect earnings growth, and The efficiency proxied by Operational Costs to Operational income (BOPO) does not affect profit growth.
