Abstract
This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and discipline on motivation and performance together on the performance of employees of PT. Garuda Indonesia Juanda Airport Branch This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Subjects in this study were all employees of PT. Garuda Indonesia Juanda Airport Branch with total 38 Employees. The test of research items was done on 38 employees of PT. Garuda Indonesia Juanda Airport Branch. Test validity using Pearson Product Moment correlation. While the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The prerequisite analysis test includes linearity test and multicollinearity test. Data analysis techniques used are simple regression and multiple regression. The results of the analysis is known that the first stage of testing between the influence of leadership (X1), discipline (X2) and motivation (Y1) both simultaneously and partially affect the employee performance. In the second test between leadership (X1) and discipline (X2) on motivation (Y1), silmutan and partial have significant influence to motivation (Y1) employee, only discipline that influence to motivation.
