Abstract
In this study was conducted to examine the effect of compensation and discipline on work motivation and its impact on employee productivity in PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Surabaya. This research uses questionnaires distribution in data collection techniques. Data obtained by conducting a survey of 70 respondents employees of PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik Surabaya. The test equipment used is multiple linear regression analysis technique and intervening variable tested by path analysis technique (Path Analysis). Data analysis using SPSS 16.0 program. The hypothesis (H1, H2, H3, H4, and H5) showed that: a) Hypothesis 1 was accepted, compensation had significant effect on work motivation. b) Hypothesis 2 accepted, discipline has a significant effect on work motivation. c) Hypothesis 3 is accepted, compensation has a significant effect on employee productivity. d) Hypothesis 4 accepted, discipline has a significant effect on employee productivity. e) Hypothesis 5 accepted, work motivation has a significant effect on employee work productivity.
