Abstract
Human resources are the most important assets in an organization that can mobilize other resources. Human resources could indirectly affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. It makes company aware of the value of employee’s investment as a human resources. But nowadays many employees who feel job insecurity and lack of job satisfaction in a company that will have impact of the company’s turnover intention. And if company has too much employee’s turnover intention, it can lower the level of productivity of the company. This research has a purpose to know the effect of job insecurity to employee’s turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening variabel in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch office Surabaya. Research done by observation and interview branch personnel committees about employee’s turnover intention over the last four years the period of the year 2014-2016. This research use a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research by questionnaires. This research use path analysis with SPSS 21.0 software. The result of research after testing of the hypothesis, the obtained value of path coefficients variabel job insecurity on job satisfaction is -0,484 with p-value 0,000, variabel job insecurity on turnover intention is 0.304 with p-value 0.011, and the testing of job insecurity on turnover intention through job satisfaction is 0,554. And the result of F testing to job insecurity and job setisfactionson turnover intention is 25,623 with sig 0,000. The value of sig F < 0.05 it is means that variabel job insecurity and job satisfaction have significant effect on turnover intention employee of BTN branc office Surabaya.
