Abstract
The research want to explain how the variable of supplier development program such as quality, ontime delivery, support/responsiveness and cost can build the supplier satisfaction. The object of this research is PT. Philips Indonesia , the problem of the business showing that the high of quality reject, delay on delivery and also late response from supplier to handle the complaint. From these fact, this research want to answer the question that supplier can improve the quality, delivery reliability, good support and also give a lower cost through supplier development program and which factors or variable who dominant that can build the supplier satisfation. This research applies sensus method that use key supplier of PT. Philips Indonesia as respondent in the number of 30 supplier. Data analysis utilizes Regression analysis and use SPSS computer program. The result of this reseach show that quality variable, delivery realiability variable, support/responsiveness variable and cost variable positively influence supplier satisfaction. As the result, supplier development program has positively influence to supplier satisfaction.
