Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of variable competence (X1), compensation (X2), leadership style (X3) and work environment (X4) on the performance of employees of PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry. With the technique of multiple linear regression analysis with the method of sampling simple random sampling. In a simultaneous test using the F test indicated the presence of markedly between the independent variables with the dependent variable, as evidenced by F count > F table. From the available data showed that, four independent variables are competence (X1), compensation (X2), leadership style (X3) and work environment (X4) is able to explain the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). In a test in partial competence (X1) significantly influence employee performance with the t value of > t table, variable compensation (X2) significantly influence employee performance with the t value of > t table, leadership style variable (X3) significantly affects the performance of employees with the t value > t table and the work environment variables (X4) significantly influence employee performance t value of > t table.
