Abstract

This research aims to allow the reader to know how to determine the cost of production with estimated cost system and standar cost system, and calculated the efficiency of production, because costs incurred during the production process. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive approach. This research data began in January till August 2016. The result of this research show that the average value of the efficiency of company worth 7.76%. The value obtained from the overall total efficiency of the month of January till August per month period, form these studies can be seen that the average value is considered less optimal production efficiency, so it needs to be improved, Keywords: Estimated cost system, Standar cost system, Production efficiency
