Abstract
From a good organizational culture, the company wants good performance by employees so that they can compete in this modern era. If the company has employees with very high motivation, it is certain that the company will find it easier to achieve the expected goals. This study aims to determine how big the role of organizational culture on the motivation of the performance of teachers and employees at SDI. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by combining primary secondary data by using purposive sampling, namely the way of collecting information specimens based on several considerations. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture greatly influences the motivation and performance of teachers and employees at SDI.
