Abstract
This research entitled “The influence analysis perception training, incentive and feedback of the motivation and work performance in the employee BCA Surabaya Bank“ Perception training, incentive, and feedback have a significant the level of employee motivation. The perception of intensive training and attractive incentive as well as praise or criticism from company give a positive impact of the employee motivation so it can improve work performance good. The purpose of research to know whether perception training, incentive and feedback have a significant influence either jointly or partially. This study uses population the employee BCA Surabaya Bank. The technique of data analyzing in this research is Path Analysis. The result of research using Path Analysis with the program support SPSS 23, shows that perception training, incentive and feedback have positif significant influence to motivation and motivation have positif significant influence work performance.
