Abstract
Abstract: Caroseries and construction companies nowadays made substantial progress, therefore it needs good leadership, skilled, responsible and willing to understand the desire of subordinates. This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee morale at caroseries company PT. Sentra Bumi Palapa Utama. This research using Quantitative Analysis method. Statistical tools used in the form of multiple regression, conducted by SPSS 20. The results shows that democratic leadership and work environment simultaneously influence work productivity. Partially, democratic leadership influence work productivity, while work Environment variables do not have any impact on work productivity.
