Abstract

Technological developments are now growing significantly, especially in the trade sector. In Indonesia, e-commerce has grown very rapidly, even in recent years e-commerce has defeated traditional markets. This affects the payment process for e-commerce users. The rapid development of e-commerce requires the optimization of digital payments as a new payment solution. This study aims to determine whether the payment solution with digital payment optimization can be accepted by customers and is also beneficial for the seller, especially for the MSME Roti Kasur. This research is a research using descriptive qualitative method where the process is carried out by observation, interviews and document studies. This study involved 20 consumers who made payment transactions at MSME Roti Mattress and 3 owners of MSME Roti Kasur and employees who helped the production process. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of digital payments is able to provide easy payments for the customer and the convenience of bookkeeping transactions for sellers even though there are additional admin costs that must be borne by the seller.
