Abstract
In the global era’s development, everythings do not have certain limitations, reflected in freedom of the business, opinion and compete, it demonstrates the importance of planning, organizing, managing and using human resources to the maximum to achieve manpower productive, effective and efficient. Steel fabricator companies planning in order to increase productivity by more attention to quality of work life program (Randall S Schuller, 1987: 437). This is design and development research, type of this research is one bridge between basic and applied research aimed to finding practical knowledge that can be applied (Sugiyono, 2016-29). Population of this research are production employees. Analysis used SPSS 22.0 version. The results of the study state that the quality of work life has a significant influence on labor productivity.
