Abstract
Efforts by the company are aimed at making consumers feel satisfied and will become a customer for the company, this is in addition to aim to maintain the viability of the company as well as efforts to gain and increase revenues and profits for the company, which can be obtained through the sale of quality products (goods or services), price, promotion and location generated by the company. To obtain the foregoing, the company must seek to create demand for marketing activities. This research is a survey research is research that takes a sample of the population, using field research and disseminate the questionnaire as the main data collection tool, then the data obtained are discussed and explained systematically in order to obtain conclusions. This study aims to find out the influence of the quality of products, prices, promotions and location of customer satisfaction. Respondents in this study amounted to 92 people. Based on the data collected and a series of analyzes, there are variables influence the quality of product, price, promotion, location to variable customer satisfaction partially, there is the influence of the variable quality of product, price, promotion and location to variable customer satisfaction simultaneously.
