Abstract

Inventory is one important management activites related to storage costs and order that required the total cost of inventory optimization, such that the frequency of sales and demand for reorder point can be known again. One method that can be done to optimizing the total cost on inventory is EOQ Method (Economic Order Quantity) is calculated based on costs incurred relating to inventory, while to determine the point reordering can be done by the method of ROP ( Reirder Point). In this study, the authors apply the EOQ and ROP method to determine the optimum total cost of inventory and reorder point back CLUB gallons of mineral water, cup 240 ml, 600 ml and 1500 ml bottle of PT Indomarco
