Abstract
The importance of giving compensation and to employee performance at PT. CJ Logistics Indonesia at Surabaya branch office. The purpose of this paper is to find out how important the effect of compensation is on the impact of employee performance, in this case including what types of compensation are provided by the company. Every company always expects the best performance from each of theirs employees for the smooth operation of the company, but we cannot deny that the good performance of each employee can be generated with some compensation or incentives that are able to prosper the employees themselves. There are several types of compensation that are applied by several companies, but whether the application of this compensation has an important effect on the performance of every employee in the company. in this case the authors are interested in discussing the effect of compensation or any incentives that can improve employee performance at PT. CJ Logistics Indonesia at Surabaya branch office.
