Abstract

Tighten emulation him in the worid of banking in this time make bank –bank continue to rice to give best service to client In developing service quality and product, BCA always consider requirement of client which always change.Farther, BCA continue to complete each;everyservice and product of BCA added shar new fitur for the of client freshmentin the him of. Pursuant to above background, hence problems of which can formulated as follows what is client attitude, norm of subyektif behavioral control and which felt [by] client have influence to client enthusiasm to keep saving [at] Step saving of BCA?, Of problem ormula {of} target which wish to be reached from this research is to know influence of client attitude, norm of subyektif behavioral control and which felt [by] client have influenceto client intention to keep saving [at] Step saving of BCA. Data type the used is primary data while data source come from answer of kuisioner disseminated [at] 100 client having enthusiasm to keep saving [in] Step saving of BCA and which was have, age [to] 25 – 50 year, and the kuisioner consist of 22 divided statement become 4 shares. Pursuant to result Analyse and Test Hypothesis can know there [is] influence o client attitude (X1), norm of subyektif (X2), and behaviora control which felt [by] client (X3) to client enthusiasm to keep saving [at] Step saving of BCA (Y). that is equal to 47,5%,
