Test equipment used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis were processed with SPSS V.16.0 for windows. Resulting in regression equation as follows: Y = 4.270 + 0.186 X1 + 0.169 X2 + 0.146 X3 + 0.297 X4 The results of the analysis concluded that the regression coefficients of education variable is 0.186, training variables is 0.169, human resource development variables is 0.146, employment loyalty variables is 0.297 and employee performance variables is 4.270. T-test education variable of 2.586 ≥ 1,989 (t-count ≥ t-table), training variable of 2.965 ≥ 1,989 (t-count ≥ t-table), variable human resource development of 3,020 ≥ 1,989 (t-count ≥ t-table) and variable loyalty employment for 5.532 ≥ 1,989 (t-count ≥ t-table) means that four independent variables studied, partially significant effect on employee performance.
