Putra, Bagus. 2018. The influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Sidoarjo which is guided by DR. Asmirin Noor, SE., MM. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the quality of services consisting of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty influence both partially and simultaneously to customer satisfaction at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Sidoarjo and to know which of these qualities are the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Sidoarjo. The data collection technique used is observation. The result showed that PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Sidoarjo became the leading and trusted provider of affordable protein food products in Asia. This is proven by the achievement of several awards in PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Sidoarjo. Based on these conclusions then there are suggestions that need to consider PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Sidoarjo that all leaders and decision makers should always pay attention to the ability of employes about the product becomes the dominant factor for customer satisfaction is maintained.
