Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the effect of product quality(X_1), price (X_2), and service quality (X_3), to Nani Top Toys customer satisfaction in partially or simultaneously. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is Nani Top Toys customer in Kediri. The sample was taken as many as 45 respondents with random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires. Analysis of this research data using multiple linear regression analysis. From multiple regression calculation with the help of SPSS, the result shows that product quality(X_1), price(X_2), and service quality(X_3), influence simultaneously to customer satisfaction with sig value. F by 0,000. Product quality variables (X_1), have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with value. Sig 0.035. Price variables (X_2) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with value. Sig 0.003. Service quality variable (X_3) have significant effect to customer satisfaction with value. Sig 0.037.
