Abstract
This research aims to know the magnitude of the influence of capital and labor costs to increaseproductionof lyly bakery in the street Sunan Drajat number 52 Lamongandistrict. This type of research isquantitativelydescriptive with the company's population lyly bakery Lamongan and sample notebookannual production report ofLyly Bakery Lamongan in 2017-2019. Variables in this study were capital andlabor costs as independent variablesand increased production of lyly bakery Lamongan as dependentvariable. Toachieve these objectives, in this studyconducted multiple linear regression analyses withSPSS software tools version 16.0. The influence of free variablesagainst a variable is tied to the F testand the T test with a confidence level of 5% (α = 0.05). The results of the studyshowed that the capitalwith the value of T count (6.257), labor cost with a value of T calculated (2.816), significantpositive effectonthe income lyly Bakery Lamongan. Together that the capital, and labor cost significant effectonincreasing production of Lyly bakery Lamongan. The Coefesien Determination (R2) indicates that thefreelyresearched variable is capable of describing 98.7% aswell as the remaining 1.3% described byother variables thatare not researched. It can be seen thatthe company should emphasize labor costs inorder to increase its productionachieved by what is expected.
