Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, compensation and workenvironment on employee job satisfaction at Hompimpa Chicken SidoarjoRestaurant. The variables in this study are leadership, compensation, workenvironment and jobsatisfaction. The population in this study were all employeesof Hompimpa Chicken Restaurant by using the saturated sample method orcensus of 36 employees. Data collection techniques that I use are primary dataquestionnaires and secondary data from literature studies. The statistical methodto test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression with SPSS 15.0 software. Theresults obtained from the t test show that the coefficient value of the leadershipvariable is 0.0433 sig 0.002. The compensation variable is 0.274 sig 0.027. Workenvironment variables of 0.296 sig 0.036 so that partially stated independentvariables significantly positive effect on the dependent variable. While from the Ftest the coefficient value obtained was 26.720 sig 0.000 <0.05. Itcan beconcluded that in this study there is an influence between leadership,compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction in ChickenHompimpa Restaurant partially or simultaneously.
