Abstract

In every workers union wants any good progress, so we can embody the points of theworkers union creation, which isgiving each workers prosperity. We can measure the progressof workers union called “KertaRajasa” in Sidoarjo with the remaining of union’s result or inIndonesian we called SisaHasil Usaha (SHU). This research entitled “The effect of union’smember quantity, Deposit amount and Credit Amount to the remaining of union’s amount resultKertaRajasa in Sidoarjo” and using secondary data sample which is yearly data ofKertaRajasaworker’s union from 2016 to 2018. The purpose of this research is to know andanalyze the effect of union’s member quantity, deposit amount and credit amout to theremaining of union’s amount result in both partially and simultaneously. In this research, we useMultiple Regression Analysis method and for data processing, we use SPSS forWindows to getNormality Test result and will achieve normal distribution data. Heteroscedasticity Test,Autocorrelation Test, Multicollinearity Test are showing passed research data. From dataanalysis, we can get result an equation from Multiple Regression Analysis Y =-0,0008 + 132025,7 X1 + 0,017 X2 + 0,012 X3. The conclusion of this research is the effect of the variable, in this case is member’s quantity, to remaining of union’s amount result which hasSigcounted0,000 (lower than 5%). The second variable is the deposit amount significantlyaffected the union’s amount result with Sig counted 0,048 (lower than 5%). Hence, the thirdvariable is credit amount significantly affected the union’s amount result with Sig counted 0,049(lower than 5%). Simultaneously, the variable of union’s member quantity, deposit amount andcredit amount has significantly affected the result of the union’s amount which has Sig counted0,000 (lower than 5%). The union’s member quantity is the most dominant variable affected theunion’s amount result. The coefficient determination (Adjusted R Square) showed 0.744 or74.4%
