Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of service quality, location,promotion, andmallfacilitiestowardsatisfaction ofCiputra World Mall Surabayavisitors. This type of research is quantitative. The primary data source of this researchis fromsample of visitors to Ciputra World Mall Surabaya. Data collection was carriedout by distributing questionnaireto 50 respondents. Sampling using accidentalsampling technique. This study usedmultiple linear regression analysis methods.Thefindings of this study indicate that: (1) partially the quality of service significantlyinfluences the satisfaction of visitors to Ciputra World Mall Surabaya (2) partially thelocation significantly influences the satisfaction of visitors to Ciputra World MallSurabaya (3) partially the promotion has a significant effect to the satisfaction ofCiputra World Mall Surabaya visitors (4) partiallythe facilitymalldoes not significantlyinfluence the satisfaction of Ciputra World Mall Surabaya visitors (5) simultaneouslythe quality of service, location, promotion andmallfacilities significantly influence thesatisfaction of Ciputra World Mall Surabaya visitors.And in this study, the mostinfluences visitor satisfaction is service quality variable.
