Abstract
In this study the following problems were formulated: (1) Do competencies and leadership have a partial effect on the quality of service of employees at the Surabaya Rungkut Branch Office? (2) Does competency and leadership simultaneously influence the service quality of Surabaya Rungkut's Employment BPJS employees?. To answer the above problems the following research methods are used: (1) The location of the study was conducted at the BPJS Employment Branch Office in Surabaya Rungkut; (2) The sample taken was 33 respondents and the sampling method used was total sample (total sampling), meaning that the entire population was taken as a sample .; (3) Identification of variables, namely for the dependent variable (Y) Service Quality, and the independent variable (X) consisting of Competence and Leadership; (4) The measurement scale uses a Likert scale; and (5) The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study (1) Competence and Leadership partially influence the Service Quality of Employees of the Surabaya Rungkut Branch Office BPJS; (2) Competency and Leadership simultaneously influence the Service Quality of BPJS Employee Employment at Surabaya Rungkut Branch Office (3) Competence has a dominant effect on Service Quality of BPJS Employee Employment at Surabaya Rungkut Branch Office.
