Abstract
Reseacrh entitled "Analysis of the Use of Accurate Software Application in the Preparation of Production Reports at PT. XYZ "explains how the application of making production reports using Microsoft Excel and Accurate Software. The purpose of this research is to find out which system is more suitable and more effectively used by PT. XYZ In addition to testing whether the use of accurate software can help smooth the company's operational activities. The method used in this research is qualitative with the type of case study research. Researchers collected data through interviews with staff involved in making production reports, observing the use of Accurate Software and Microsoft Excel, and also directly checking documents related to the production cycle. From the results of this study found several weaknesses in the previous system, including ineffective and requires a lot of time. The use of accurate software in recording company financial statements, has proven to be able to facilitate the reporting system efficiently and accurately. The author's suggestion for this research is that each employee is given limits and authority to access Accurate Software in accordance with their respective parts and portions. And also more often control over the input that has been done, to avoid mistakes in the presentation of financial statements.
