Abstract
Globalization makes every company have to be able to exist in its business, one way is to improve the performance of its employees. Employees are the single most important resource among other resources. This study entitled “The Effect of Training, Work Facilities, and Work Environment on Employee Performance of Workstudy Ecco 1 and 2 PT. Ecco Indonesia“ with a saturated sample technique obtained a sample of 35 respondents. The Purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Training, Work Facilities, and Work Environment on Employee Performance. By using the Multiple Linear Regression method, the equation is Y = 0.816 + 0.191 X1 + 0.179 X2 + 0.384 X3 where the Training variable is X1, Work Facilities are X2, Work Environment is X3 and Employee Performance is Y. From the results of data processing obtained simultaneous test result namely simultaneous training, work facilities, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. As for the Partial Test the results obtained partially Training, Work Facilities, and Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The dominant variable that influences employee performance is the Work Environment, with a Determination Coefficient value of 77.6%.
