Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of product quality, price perception and service quality to purchase decision at Kedai Takenuda Malang. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach to research that focuses on testing the hypothesis with statistical method analysis tools and produce results that can be generalized. The population used in the study was the entire consumer of Kedai Takenuda Malang. Samples of respondents in this study used the probability sampling method. While the sampling method of this research uses simple random sampling method with sample number of 100 respondents. Test equipment used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21. From the research that has been done can be concluded that the result of the validity test in valid, reliability testing is reliable, and classical assumption that indicates that the data is normal, and free multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained modelling is Y = 1,088 + 0181 X1 + 0582 X2 + 0123 X3. From the test results it can be noted that product quality (X1) and price perception (X2) have a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision (Y), and the quality of Service (X3) has a positive and insignificant influence To the purchase decision (Y), with each having a Thitung X1 (3,556), Thitung X2 (4.182) which is larger than the This (1.98498) and Thitung X3 (1,347) which is smaller than the This (1.98498). From the test results F obtained results namely Fcount (82,165) > Ftabel (2.70), which means product quality (X1), Price perception (X2) and quality of service (X3) simultaneously influence positive and significant to the purchase decision (Y).
