Abstract

This study aims to: (1) conduct research on service to consumers or the performance of employees who work at Seaphoria Resto in Surabaya (2) to find out how high or low the level of Surabaya residents will be in consuming seafood, (3) to find out how decent and good the facilities are provided by Seaphoria Surabaya Surabaya, in providing facilities to consumers (4) to find out how satisfied consumers are with the services and facilities provided by Seaphoria Surabaya Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative descriptive survey approach. The study population was employees, consumers of Seaphoria Resto and several residents of Surabaya. The sample in this study were consumers who came to buy food at Seaphoria Resto. Samples obtained in this study were 108 people. The sample is determined by accidental sampling. Data collected by questionnaire and interview. Data analysis was performed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study note that: (1) the level of service and performance of employees at Seaphoria Surabaya Surabaya is very good and in accordance with the regulations or work standards set by the company, (2) the level of awareness of consumer interest in seafood foods, especially those of fish type is very high , but for other types of seafood such as only shrimp, crab, etc. are still very minimal, (3) while for the facilities provided by the Surabaya Seaphoria Resto are very good and meet the company standards, it's just that there are some rooms that are less spacious namely the waiting room and vehicle parking lots, (4) customer satisfaction with fast service, good enough facilities, and excellent cuisine and very suitable for culinary connoisseurs in Surabaya.
