Abstract
It is based on research by competition business of transportating that is more strict. This research aims to see how big the influence the quality of service (X1), desaign a product (X2), price policy (X3), and customer satisfaction (X4) against customer loyalty (Y) PO Sumber Group. The sampling method used was accidental sampling. Sample in this research was 100 people customers PO Sumber Group of Surabaya-Yogyakarta and then will be an analysis of data collected by the use of the data analysis quantitatively and qualitatively. The quantitative analysis covering : test validity and reabilitas, classic test assumtions, regresion analysis linear multiple, the testing of hypotheses with this t and the F, and analysis the coefficients determination (R2). Data that have been acquired after that it is processed so as to produce the regression equation is as follows : Y = 3,123 + 0,630X1 + 0,321X2 + 0,142X3 + 0,585X4 The testing of hypotheses use test to shows that fourth independent variable the treatment significantly influential in partial dependent on variables. Then with this F it can be seen that fourth independent variable subject simultaneously influential dependent on variables. Numbers R square of 0,896 shows that 89,6 percent variable customer loyalty can be explained by the independent variable. While the test of respectively at 10,4 percent described by other variables out fourth variables used in this research.
