Abstract

This study entitled "Effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment, Welfare and Incentives on Employee Performance (Contracts) In the State University of Surabaya." The purpose of the study was to determine (1) The leadership style, employee performance (contract) in Unesa (2) The working environment, employee performance (contract) in Unesa (3) Welfare, employee performance (contract) in Unesa (4) incentives, employee performance (contract) in Unesa. Simultaneously, the leadership style (X1), work environment (X2), Welfare (X3), Incentives (X4) effect on employee performance contract (Y) at the State University of Surabaya. Research conducted by the author is research using quantitative approach the goal is to collect the facts and put them in a thorough and in accordance with the actual problem to be solved and provide proof of the hypothesis. In this study, the sample is a contract employee Surabaya State University representing the amount of the population, ie 87 employees Contract from the existing population size is 110 contract employees Surabaya State University. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include the validity test, reliability test, F test, t test, the dominant variable, classic assumption test, coefficient of determination (R2) with the help of SPSS 13.0 software. In the classic assumption test which includes test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and normality test showed that the regression model did not find any correlation between independent variables and does not occur heteroskedastisitas and has a normal distribution. After a review of the analysis and discussion in a systematic and detail, it can be concluded that: Of the four independent variables are the leadership style (X1), work environment (X2), welfare (X3), incentives (X4), it is contributing most dominant the performance of employees is variable work environment that is 38.1%.
