This research was conducted using quantitative. Research that focuses on testing hypotheses with statistical method analysis tools and conclusions. The population of this research is employees of PT. Paboxin Sidoarjo with a sample size of 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire. While data analysis is done through path analysis to determine the direct effect of using SPSS 25.0 for windows and for indirect effects using the sobel test method. Based on the results of the analysis, the direct variable of work discipline has a coefficient of 0.572 with a statistical value of 5.850 for job satisfaction. The motivation variable has a coefficient of -0.108 with a statistical value of -2.260 towards job satisfaction. The Compensation variable has a coefficient of 0.412 with a statistical value of 4.237 for job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable as an intervening variable has a coefficient of 1.092 with a statistical value of 2.612 for performance. And the indirect results of the work discipline variable on satisfaction obtained by the work value generated from the sobel test result is 0.575 with a statistical value of 7.8094. Motivational variables on performance through job satisfaction have a coefficient of 0.061 with a statistical value -1.1888. The compensation variable for performance is 0.488 with a statistical value of 8.8922. Based on the results of the path analysis test determining the indirect coefficient value is greater than the direct effect. This shows that work coordination and compensation can be done through intervening variables namely job satisfaction in improving employee performance. While the motivation variable through intervening variables namely through job satisfaction does not improve employee performance. With the result Z=0,572x1 + -0,108x2+0,412x3+0,320 and Y= -0,817x1+0,014x2+-0,069x2 + 1,092z + 0,901.
