Abstract
Today hospital services related to economic development community .This research aims to review the implementation of the internal control services and facilities and the use of medicine for patients in Kamar Medika Mojokerto Hospital The kind of research this is qualitative descriptive is research . Population in this research is internal control system services and facilities as well as the use of a remedy for patients to be hospitalised in Kamar Medika Mojokerto Hospital areas .Data collection technique using interviews and documentation. data analysis using data qualitative analysis. The results of research showing that the implementation of internal control system services and facilities as well as the use of a remedy for patients to be hospitalised in Kamar Medika Mojokerto Hospital areas had run quite good, , the structure of the organization show the separation management function , have the line of duty principal and apparent function , the registration of their transactions was already carried out of them by bands .The practice of a healthy take on the provision of the service .observation in the company has been running policies and procedures had been applied human resources employees do a pretty good job
