Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in the production department. The experiment was conducted at PT. Prima Alloy Steel Universal Sidoarjo. This research conducted by using descriptive quantitative approach, systematic scientific studies of the phenomena and relationships, as well as using the description for support data. Population in this research are all employees production department in the PT. Prima Alloy Steel Universal Sidoarjo of 136 people. Sampling technique in this research use technique of simple random sampling, that is 58 respondents who returned the questionnaire and filled out the questionnaire in full. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 21 software. After testing it is known (1) Partially, Compensation has no effect and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. This is shown in the results of coefficients of -0,103 with a significance level of 0,571. (2) Partially, Motivation has no effect and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. This is shown in the results of coefficients of -0,122 with a significance level of 0,475. (3) Partially, Job Satisfaction has effect positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This is shown in the results of coefficients of 0,634 with a significance level of 0,000. (4) Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant effect of Compensation, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. This is shown in the results of anova of 5,474 with a significance level of 0,002.
