Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon that shows that employees have not been able to work optimally in a company. The purpose of this research is to find out and obtain a study of the influence of non-physical work environment, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance Warung Apung Rahmawati Sedati Branch.This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 32 respondents, while the sample collection technique used in the study is saturated sampling. In this study the independent variables consisted of non-physical work environment, work motivation and work discipline, while the dependent variable was employee performance.
