Abstract

The purpose of this research is held: identify and analyze the, compensation work environment and the styles of leadership to work with satisfaction loyalty employees work as variable intervening in the east java regional iv ojk. surabayaThis report is written with. used a quantitative approachThe population of the research is all employees regional offices iv ojk surabaya in east java 85.Based on calculations on is the number of 85, population then calculated by formula over hence sample taken some respondents. 70 people ora technique used is the path with analysis software spss 25.0.The conclusion of this research is compensation for work have had a positive impact of 0.132, loyalty have had a positive impact on compensation of 0,156, work satisfaction the workplace have had a positive impact on work by 0,103, The workplace have had a positive impact on job satisfaction of 0,118, a style of leadership have had a positive impact on employment, 0,244 of loyalty a style of leadership have had a positive impact on job satisfaction of 0,388, have had a positive impact on job satisfaction of 0,132, work loyalty compensation have had a positive impact on job satisfaction loyalty workplace by intervening as variable of 0,087, workplace berpegaruh positive on loyalty workplace by job satisfaction as variable of 0,068, intervening a style of leadership have had a positive impact on loyalty workplace by job satisfaction as variable 0,161 by intervening in the office of regional iv ojk east java surabaya.
