Abstract
Every company always expects good employee productivity, of course this will be achieved if the factors that support it, such as motivation, work experience, work discipline and employee productivity in work. This study entitled "The effect of work motivation and work experience on employee productivity with work discipline as an intervening variable in the administration of PT. Hopax Indonesia". This research was conducted with a quantitative approach, where this study uses statistical analysis that emphasizes hypothesis testing and the data used are measurable data that will produce generalizable conclusions. The population in this study were all employees of the administration of PT. Hopax Indonesia, which numbered 200 people with a sampling technique using the method of probability sampling (probability sampling). While the sampling method of this study uses proportionate stratified random sampling technique and uses the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 66 people. The test tool used was a path analysis technique (path analysis) using SPSS for Windows version 24. After testing the proposed hypothesis, the statistical test results are obtained that is the Validity Test the results of all variables have the value of r count of each item is greater than the critical value of 0.3. The reliability test results are all Cronbach Alpha value variables greater than 0.6. Research data has normal distribution and is free from the elements of Heteroscedasticity and Multicollinearity. The results of this study are 1) Work motivation has a significant effect on the work discipline of PT. Hopax Indonesia. 2) Work experience has a significant effect on the work discipline of PT. Hopax Indonesia. 3) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity in the administration of PT. Hopax Indonesia. 4) Work experience has a significant effect on employee productivity in the administration of PT. Hopax Indonesia. 5) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee productivity in the administration of PT. Hopax Indonesia. 6) Motivation for productivity through the work discipline of the administration of PT. Hopax Indonesia. 7) Experience on productivity through the work discipline of PT. Hopax Indnesia.
