Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life, work stress, and work conflict on the productivity of employees PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik in Surabaya of logistics department. The research population was 37 employees PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik in Surabaya of logistics department. The research sample was obtained by using a census sampling technique which is the entire employees PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik in Surabaya of logistics department amount 37 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously quality of work life, work stress, and work conflict had a significant effect on employee productivity. Quality Of Work Life, Job Stress, and Work Conflict is able to influence the change Employee Productivity by 38.4%. While the remaining 61.6% of the changes that occur in Employee Productivity are influenced by other variables not included in this study, for example Compensation, Leadership, Work Environment, Work Tools, Work Motivation, etc. Partially, only quality of work life has a significant effect on employee productivity. While for work stress and work conflict partially does not have a significant effect on employee productivity. From the regression coefficient, it is known that quality of work life is the variable that gives the most dominant influence on the productivity of employees PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik in Surabaya of logistics department.
