Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and location on purchasing decision. This research was conducted using quantitative research. The popilation in this study were all cafe visitors, using non-probability sampling techniques in a sample of 75 respondents. The questionnaire date collected was then analyszed using the multiple linear regression analysis method in SPSS software version 21. From the test results it can be seen that (1) partially, service quality has no effect and no significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is shown in the results of coefficients of 0,433 with a significance level of 0,666.(2) partially, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is shown in the results of the coefficients of 3,341 with a significant level of 0,001. (3) partially, the location has no effect and is not significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is shown in the results of coefficients of 1,507 with a significance level of 0,136. (4) simutaneously there is a positive influence between service quality, price and location on purchasing decisions.
