Abstract
This research is intended so that the company knows the effect of work conflict and work environment on work stress and its effect on the performance of sub-district office employees in Sragen Regency. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach that is research that focuses on testing hypotheses with sructural equation modeling method analysis tools (SEM) and produces conclusions that can be generalized. The population in this study were all employees in 5 subdistrict offices in Sragen regency as many as 139 people. The sample of respondents in the study taken was a total of 100 subjects obtained from the Maximum Likelihood Estimation Technique. The test instrument used was a path analysis technique with SPSS AMOS 21 software. After testing the hypothesis the results showed that work conflict had a significant effect on the work stress of district office employees in Sragen Regency. The work environment has no significant effect on the work stress of district office employees in Sragen Regency. work conflict does not significantly influence the performance of sub-district office employees in Sragen Regency. The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of sub-district office employees in Sragen Regency. Whereas work stress cannot be an intervening variable between work conflict and work environment on employee performance.
