Abstract
The study entitled Analysis of Customer Satisfaction of BTPN Jenius Application Users is seen from the Product, Price, and Promotion variables as the Introduction of New Digital Banking Ideas (Case Study of the Surabaya Community), aimed to determine the effect of products, prices and promotions on customer satisfaction of BTPN Jenius Applications. This research uses a quantitative research method with population using the BTPN Jenius application in Surabaya, using a formula from Taro Yamane obtained a sample of 60 respondents. using multiple linear regression data analysis with the help of SPSS software as a data processor. The results showed that the product had a dominant effect on customer satisfaction of users of the Jenius BTPN Application as an Introduction to New Ideas for Digital Banking, with a value of 37%. The price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of users of the Jenius BTPN Application as an Introduction to New Ideas for Digital Banking, with a value of influence of 26.9%. Promotion has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of users of the Jenius BTPN Application as an Introduction to New Ideas for Digital Banking, with a value of 33.3%. Product, Price and Promotion together have a simultan effect on customer satisfaction of users of the Jenius BTPN Application As an Introduction to New Digital Banking Ideas, with Product variable as the dominant variable influencing Consumer Satisfaction.
