Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Merak Jaya Beton Surabaya, using motivation, compensation and work environment as an independent variable, and employee work productivity as a dependent variable. This study aims to analyze the effects of motivation, compensation and work environment on employee work productivity PT. Merak Jaya Beton Surabaya. This research uses quantitative approach method. The sample of this research is employees of PT. Merak Jaya Beton (Head Office) Surabaya, totaling 62 employees. Respondent sample in this research use probability method (probability sampling). While the sampling method of this study using simple random sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and using the test tool in the form of computer software program SPSS version 23. After testing of the proposed hypothesis, then obtained the value of multiple linear regression coefficient of variable motivation of 0.379, compensation variable of 0,741 and work environment variable of 0.307. The result of t test of motivation variable is t value (2,927) > t table (2,002), compensation variable is t count (5,548) > t table (2,002) and work load variable t value (4,049) > t table (2,002), which means the variable motivation, compensation and work environment partially affect the employee work productivity of PT. Merak Jaya Surabaya. And F test value equal to F count (77,385) > F table (2,76) with significance level equal to 0,000 < 0,05 which means the variable motivation, compensation and work environment simultaneously affect the employee work productivity of PT. Merak Jaya Beton Surabaya.
