Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the direct and indirect effects of the variable Training, Work Discipline Against Employee Productivity through Motivation at PT Gracindo Bangun Utama Surabaya. The company must be able to increase and utilize its resources so that objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently at this time one of which is influenced by these four variables in carrying out productivity of employees. This study took place in the company PT Gracindo Bangun Utama by using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents or employees using saturated sampling techniques. The analytical method used is path analysis to determine the causality between the variables analyzed. Based on the results of research that has been done hypothesis (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on motivation, hypothesis (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation, hypothesis (3) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, hypothesis (4) Work Discipline positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, hypothesis (5) Motivation positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, hypothesis (6) Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity through Motivation, hypothesis (7) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on productivity employees through motivation at PT Gracindo Bangun Utama Surabaya.
