Abstract
Nowadays, world of business is demanded for increasing quality of human resources as step for company development. The company must be able to develop and improve performance in its environtment. The key of success is influenced by kinds of factor, such as: money, machine, method, material & man power (employee). Nevetheless, the factor of man power is the most important when gaining the goal of a company. Indeed, basically employee is human resource who has ability, potential and creativity which is very needed by company for gaining its goal. The man power has a role at Gelora Djaja Surabaya when gaining the company’s vision and mission. So that, When supporting the company development is needed a good and skilfull man power However, when developing and gaining the vision and mission, the company sometime faces failure. The failure is caused by decreasing of employee’s performance which is influenced kinds of internal and external factor. Purpose of this research is to knowing and analyzing the influence of stress, motivation, leadership and work environment towards performance of employee at PT Gelora Djaja Buntaran 9 & 18 Surabaya. Primary and secondary data is used of this research. Population of this research is about 500 respondents. And, sample of this research is 50 respondents with technic of non probability sample. Equipment test for this research uses analysis technic of regresion linear by using SPSS 16.00 software. Implication of this research towards these factors are, the company has awareness towards employee’s performance in which is influenced by stress, motivation, leadership, and work environtment at PT Gelora Djaja Buntaran 9 & 18 Surabaya.
