Abstract
This study aims to determine the level of suitability between the Influence of Operational Costs and Cash Flow on Profitability in Various Industrial Manufacturing Sector Companies and Consumer Goods Industry Sectors. In line with the research problems and hypotheses, this study was carried out by using financial statements, namely research that took samples from one population and used financial statements on the stock exchanges of Manufacturing Companies of Various Industries and the Consumer Goods Industry Sector as a basic data collection tool. In this study using a sample of 17 Manufacturing Companies of Various Industry Sectors and Consumer Goods Industry Sector period 2010-2017. Quantitative analysis in this study included Normality Test, Multicolonity Test, Autocorrelation Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. To test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression. All tests use the SPSS 18. computer program. The results show that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, the biggest effect is the Operating Cost variable (X1) = (3,410) and followed, Cash Flow (X2) = (1,274) to Profitability (Y). R2 of 0.214 shows that 21.4% Profitability can be explained namely Operational Costs (X1), and Cash Flow (X2) while the remaining 78.6% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.
