Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the analysis influence career development and compensation against the company's performance and its impact on the quality of work of employees at the clinic alamanda skin care sidoarjo. The purpose of this research is to know the influence directly the career development variables and variable compensation against the variable quality of work, indirectly influence among variables variable compensation and career development against the variable quality of work through the company's performance as the variable variable intervening. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach i.e. focussing research on testing hypotheses by statistical methods of analysis tools and produce conclusions. This research population is 40 person is an employees of clinic alamanda skin care sidoarjo samples a number of 40 person use census method. Method of data collection documentation and questionnaires, analysis method that’s instrument test (validity and reliability test), descriptive percentage analysis, a classic assumption test, the coefficient of determination (R2) test, t-test, and path analysis using SPSS 21.0 for windows. Based on the results of path analysis note that the influence of the variable variable compensation and career development against the variable quality of work i.e., the variable has a direct influence on career development of 0.219, and variable compensation has direct influence of 0.317. The company's performance as intervening variables have an influence of 0.470 against variable quality of work. Then, if the company's performance through career development to affect the quality of work, are known to influence of 1,083. Whereas the compensation if the company's performance through to affect the quality of work, are known to influence of 1,198. Based on it can be seen that, career development and compensation's influence to the quality of work will be greater with through the performance of the company. Based on the results of the determination coefficient (R Square) of bound variables in 0.541 company performance, the percentage of influence career development and compensation against the company's performance of 54.1%. Determinant of the coefficients of the variable bound to 0.627 quality of work, the percentage of the influence of career development, compensation and company performance against a quality work of 62.7%. and based on the results of multiple regression results also show that the career development, compensation and the company's performance had a positive influence on quality of work.
