Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct influence and indirect effects of the Work Environment and Incentives on Job Satisfaction through Motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a population and a sample of 30 respondents PT employees. Trans Retail Indonesia. Data analysis using path analysis with SPSS software. The results showed that the Work Environment had a significant effect on Employee Work Motivation at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia, with a direction of positive influence with a magnitude of influence of 36.6%. Incentives have a significant effect on Employee Motivation at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia, with a direction of positive influence with a magnitude of influence of 42.1%. Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia, with a direction of positive influence with a magnitude of influence of 46.5%. Incentives have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia, with a direction of positive influence with a magnitude of influence of 31.5%. Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia, with a direction of positive influence with a magnitude of influence of 33.8%. The work environment has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction through Motivation of Employees of PT. Trans Retail Indonesia. With direct influence by not using intervening variables The motivation for the results is better than using the intervening Motivation variable with a contribution of 46.5%. Incentives have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction through Motivation of Employees of PT. Trans Retail Indonesia. With the direct effect of not using intervening variables, the motivation results are better than using intervening motivational variables with a contribution of 31.5%.
