Abstract
In operational company system, a potential of human resource is a capital and important for reach company aims. Because of key a company success is not only about high technology and financial modal. But the human resource is important. This study aimed to know manager company the influence of education, work experience, work discipline, and workplace to increase productivity in PT. Maspion Aluminium III division in Sidoarjo. The results of this study indicate that there are positive effects of education, work experience, work discipline and work place variable is partial about productivity increase.
